Dr. Olivia Hart is a member of IOAMT, the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association, and the Richmond Dental Association, and is certified to provide sedation dentistry. Sedation dentistry relaxes patients with techniques including nitrous oxide and oral conscious sedation. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Naturopathy. Dr. Billingsley has over 29 years of experience and is devoted to using some of the newest and revolutionized modern dentistry techniques to provide the ultimate in patient care and overall comfort. She has a Doctorate in Dental Surgery, Naturopathic Doctorate and Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry. She is an active member of the IAOMT. She is also a delegate and council member of the AGD at the national level, a member of American Association of Women Dentists, and has certification for sedation dentistry and advanced cardiac life support. Dr. Billingsley is a delegate and past-president of the Virginia Academy of General Dentistry, and an instructor at the School of Dentistry at Virginia Commonwealth University, while also serving on the Council on Sessions for VDA (Virginia Dental Association).
