She is available to assist you with detailed explanations of proposed treatment, to coordinate convenient appointments, handle insurance inquiries and arrange financing to suit your needs. In the interest of patient care, kindly take note of the following:
Cancellations: 2 business days notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A fee may be charged for inadequate notice.
New patients: all new patients require a complete oral examination by the doctor prior to scheduling treatment.
Payment policy: payment is due when services are rendered - we accept VISA, MasterCard & American Express - no personal cheques -financing is available and must be discussed with the treatment coordinator prior to treatment.
Insurance: dental insurance is an agreement between you and your provider - we are happy to submit estimates or claims electronically on your behalf - assignment of your benefits to our doctors is not permitted - reimbursement from your insurance provider will be forthcoming in a few days following submission.
